Loudoun NFL FLAG Football is managed by Northern Virginia Sports Association. Loudoun NFL FLAG was originally formed in 2006 as Cascades Flag Football by the founder, Lisa Craig. In 2012, Cascades Flag Football joined NFL FLAG to provide a better product for the community. Over the years it has expanded to encompass and include all of Loudoun County: Sterling, Ashburn, Brambleton, Leesburg, and South Riding. 

Our mission is to provide a safe and fun environment where athletes of all levels of experience and ability can develop their game and their passion for the sport we all love.

Michael Dober
League Operator

Michael Dober has been a part of Northern Virginia Sports Association since the Spring of 2011 when he joined the program as a coach in the Cascades Flag Football league which later became Loudoun NFL FLAG. Michael Dober has well over a decade of coaching experience in both flag and tackle across almost every age group possible. He is a licensed official with NFL FLAG and has a Master's Degree in Sports Management from West Virginia University. He has been the League Operator of Loudoun NFL FLAG and the Loudoun Legends since 2014.
