Loudoun NFL FLAG Football is managed by Northern Virginia Sports Association. Loudoun NFL FLAG was originally formed in 2006 as Cascades Flag Football by the founder, Lisa Craig. In 2012, Cascades Flag Football joined NFL FLAG to provide a better product for the community. Over the years it has expanded to encompass and include all of Loudoun County: Sterling, Ashburn, Brambleton, Leesburg, and South Riding. 

Our mission is to provide a safe and fun environment where athletes of all levels of experience and ability can develop their game and their passion for the sport we all love.

Michael Dober
General Manager and Commissioner

Michael Dober has a Master's Degree in Sports Management from West Virginia University. He has been a part of Northern Virginia Sports Association since the Spring of 2011 when he joined the program as a coach in the Cascades Flag Football league which is today known as Loudoun NFL FLAG. He has more than 12 years of coaching experience at a variety of age levels in this league and in others, both flag football and tackle football. In the summer of 2014, he took over the position of League Commissioner of Loudoun NFL Flag and in 2019 he took over as the General Manager of Northern Virginia Sports Association. He is an NFL FLAG licensed official.


Kevin Dober
Field Manager

Kevin Dober has been a part of this league for many years. He started as a player in the league playing through the 4th & 5th grade division as well as the Middle School Division. In high school he transition to being one of the finest referees in the league. Kevin Dober now serves as an assistant to the Commissioner by assisting with player assessments, weekly field painting, and being a field monitor on gamedays.
