Spring '25 NFL FLAG - Females in Flag

Our 2025 Spring NFL FLAG Females in Flag program is open to girls ages 7 to 17. Our divisions are based on the athlete's age as of March 1st, 2025.

Registration includes an NFL FLAG belt, a reversible NFL FLAG team Jersey, AND reversible NFL FLAG Team Shorts. Please ensure you select the correct size jersey and shorts during your registration. There is a fee to exchange gear for a different size.

Teams practice 1-2x per week with games on Saturdays (Sundays will be used for make-ups as needed and playoffs).

8u Division (7 & 8 Year olds)
