Spiritwear & Gear Delivery & Refunds:
If you made a gear or uniform purchase with an event/league registration, your items will be handed out at the first day of the event. No merchandise will be shipped to buyers. Refunds are accepted for gear/uniforms purchased as long as they have not been used, opened or worn.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Payment is due for each league, camp, workshop and other events at the time of registration. Your registration for the event is not guaranteed without payment. Refunds are granted, with at least 21 days notice of the start of the event (for youth league, that is 21 days prior to main assessment day). For camps, cancellation must be three weeks before the start of camp. Refunds requests with less than 21 days notice due to medical reasons or injury must be made with Doctor's verification, and in writing. There are no refunds for any event on or after the event start date. A $25 refund may be issued for any NFL Flag jersey returned, unopened, in it's original packaging.
Payment by Check or Credit Card:
Visa and Mastercard transactions will appear as "NVA Sports" or "NVA Sports Assoc" on your statements. We accept personal and business checks online as an echeck, or by mail. Our bank automatically resubmits checks for processing if they are first rejected with "insufficient funds." In the event a check is returned, a $35 fee is assessed.
